Shipping - Domestic:
Boules are heavy, and we always look for ways to reduce your shipping cost.
If your complete order fits into one of the USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes, we can ship at $12.35 to any ZIP code in the US, incl. AK, HI, PR, USVI, PO and APO boxes, and charge you this lower rate instead. Delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. Substantially cheaper than UPS for West Coast destinations.

If you click that option during checkout we will reduce the S&H cost  before charging your credit card or Paypal.
Make sure the "Ship To" address is served by USPS or give us a PO Box #.
Some items, like player circles, or Ricard glasses do not fit.
If the order does not fit, we stick to the UPS method you had picked.

All products are shipped directly from us in Fernandina Beach, FL to you. Standard way of shipping is by UPS. The more items you order together, the lower the freight cost per item.

To calculate shipping cost click "Check out", fill out your ZIP code, choose a UPS service (Ground, 2nd day, etc..) and click "Apply".

Want to pay for shipping yourself ? Then choose "Use my own account", and enter your Fedex, DHL, UPS or other account # in the Comments box and tell us what service to use. We then will not charge you for shipping.

Shipping - International:
When possible we use Priority Mail boxes (see above). The rate is US$ 40.95 for Canada and US$ 59.95 worldwide.
Our system defaults to Priority Mail, but that is no guarantee your order will fit in the flat rate boxes. In that case we will contact you before shipping. For larger orders or specific freight quotes, please contact us, and we will e-mail you the most economical freight cost available.
We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees - if applicable - at destination. These vary from country to country.

Delivery Time:
We usually ship within 24 hours, weekends not included. Your order confirmation includes a link to your order so you can follow the status of your shipment. When dealing with competition balls, although we update our inventory daily, there is always a possibility that the exact combination you requested is out of stock. In that case we will contact you immediately and give you the option to substitute, wait till our next shipment from France arrives, or simply cancel.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Our store is managed by Yahoo Shopping, one of the leading online store providers with the latest security technology. But if you prefer, choose "Will call you with Credit Card info" as payment option and call or fax us with your credit card information. We charge your card at time of shipping only.
Paypal
We accept Paypal if you already have an account with Paypal.
Checks & Money Orders
Mail us your check for the total amount after ordering. We ship upon receipt.
Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders from schools. Make sure to put all relevant data (P.O. #, billing instructions, and whatever else your school requires) in the Comment box, or fax/email/mail us the formal P.O. from the school.

Order Status:
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation by e-mail. Please check it thoroughly, especially the "Ship To" address. After shipment, you will receive another e-mail update. And you can always follow the link in your order confirmation online. Or call us toll-free at (800)682-2557.

30-Day Return Guarantee:
If you are not perfectly happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days from receipt, for a full refund. Shipping charges are at your expense, unless what you received was not what you had ordered. But please do call us beforehand to let us know. We like to learn from our mistakes and make sure they are not repeated.
On the other hand our boules are guaranteed against manufacturing defects as indicated for each product.

Privacy:
We don't sell or give any information whatsoever about our customers to anyone, period.


Distributors:
We have no distributors as such. Why? In the case of competition boules, the amount of different combinations (diameter, weight, pattern and alloy) is so vast that it is virtually impossible - even for the factories themselves - to keep all (thousands!) varieties in stock. Therefore we prefer to ship directly to you from our central stock. For petanque sets we do invite interested parties to contact us anytime. Resorts, hotels, campgrounds, bed & breakfasts, retirement communities, specialty stores are perfect candidates to carry our leisure boules in their store, reception area, or activity center on a permanent basis.
